
REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY
The Client agrees that all payments made to Seller Intros for services rendered, including but not limited to lead generation and related services, are non-refundable. This includes the trial fee and any per-lead charges incurred.
Once a lead has been delivered, the corresponding fee is deemed earned and non-refundable, regardless of the outcome or results achieved by the Client. Seller Intros does not offer cash refunds. In limited cases, and at Seller Intros' discretion, a lead credit may be issued if a lead is verified as not meeting the stated qualification criteria, subject to the replacement request process set out in the Service Terms.
CANCELLATION POLICY
The Client may cancel the service at any time by providing written notice to Seller Intros at least twenty-four (24) hours in advance.
Upon receipt of valid cancellation notice, the Client will not be billed for any additional leads delivered after the 24-hour notice period. The Client remains responsible for all lead charges incurred prior to the effective cancellation time. Seller Intros will cease lead delivery upon the completion of the 24-hour notice period.
